CL Booking - Badges
We are introducing a new set of CL Awards, shown as special badges on eligible CL listings. These awards are designed to showcase CLs that offer something particularly valuable or distinctive for CAMC members.
We are starting with three CL badges, each given strictly on merit and clear, factual criteria, based on specific services or facilities a CL provides. When members see one of these badges, they can be confident it reflects a genuine feature of the CL that will help them choose the right place to stay.
Here are our first 3 awards
An Original CL - A loyal supporter of CL booking website and App from the start.
Replies to at least 90% of enquiries within 24 hours
Offers Instant bookings - Book this CL instantly with immediate confirmation
Gold Award
As one of our earliest subscribers, your CL is highlighted with a distinctive gold badge on its listing, recognising the CL as a founding supporter of CL Booking. It shows caravan and motorhome members that this CL has been with us from the start and has helped shape the platform into what it is today.
Relieable Responder Award
Over the last three years, some CLs have not replied to booking enquiries, with the combined lost enquiry value now just over £140,000. Going forward CLs that reply to at least 90% of enquiries within 24 hours are awarded this badge. If a CL’s response rate drops to 89% or below, the badge is automatically removed from the listing until the CL improves its responsiveness and and once again maintains a 90% or higher reply rate again.
Instant Booking CL
This badge identifies CLs that operate with an online booking system, such as Anytime Booking or InnStyle. Because these systems confirm reservations instantly, CAMC members can secure their stay at these CLs straight away. By Default CL's that have booking systems respond immediatley so are by default Relieable Responders
